I RECEIVED A USED PAIR OF BOOTS.
I received a pair of used pair of boots. I did the escalation, I was requested to send pictures showing the condition of the boots. And never got an answer back. I would never buy from this company again. Poor customer service.

I took a little bit of a gamble with the Electric Rose colour, I almost picked the Rose Gold. I’m sooooo happy I stuck with Electric Rose!!! The pink with lime green and silver is absolutely beautiful!!! The craftsmanship and quality of these boots is exceptional. And the comfort right out of the box was perfect. Shipping was also super fast and seamless. I’m waiting to be notified for the Vienna Pinks to be restocked and that order will be placed immediately. I will never consider Frye or Ariat boots ever again!! Mezcalero has a customer for life!
